Friendly Reminders:
Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul: Fr. Matthew will
celebrate the Feast of the Apostles TOMORROW at 9:00am and he
hopes to have lots of company at this important feast in the
Orthodox summer calendar.
Baptism July 4th: Everyone is invited to the
baptism of Eleni (Bouvoudas) Strickler THIS SATURDAY at
11:00am. (Then you can go picnic with your family in the
afternoon.)
Where is Fr. James? He continues to serve at
St. Anthony while their priest is out of town.
Bookstore Move: Help is needed in moving,
setting up, and cleaning the new bookstore THIS WEDNESDAY at
9:00am; please let Mayada Yacoub know if you can help.
Newsletter: Please send your articles for the

July 5th.
New Bread List: If you would like to prepare
and offer up the bread for Divine Liturgy, please sign up on
the new list on the bulletin board in the Parish Hall.
Men’s Group: Meetings are planned July 11,
Aug. 22, Sep. 19, and Oct. 24. Details are posted on the
bulletin board in the hallway of the Parish Hall; or contact
Tom Bennett for info.
Feeding the Hungry: Please
continue to bring in your gifts of non-perishable food for the
hungry in our community. Place your gifts in the baskets
in the hallway of the Parish Hall.
Your prayers are requested for catechumens
Michael, Christopher, Adam, Shannon, Frances, Samantha, Ethan,
and Cyrus; for healing for Yazmin and Rich; for expectant mothers Rania Abdallah, Melissa
Brega, and Lama DeVries and their unborn children; and for consolation for Jeremiah Metzgar, who
has lost his grandfather, and Georgia Gerky, who has lost her
husband (memory eternal).
